Complete one-ended transformer substations with dead-earthed neutral of transformer
Function, field of application
Designed to receive, convert and distribute electric power of three-phase alternating current with the frequency 50 Hz and voltage (10-0.4 kV) in systems with dead-earthed neutral of transformer at the low-voltage side. They are applied in power supply of oil and gas industry, building areas, industrial and municipal facilities and in electric power distribution systems.
Construction of PKTPVR.
Constructively substation is made in the form of kiosk type module and has built-up and welded construction. Framework is load-bearing and bears hardest dynamic impacts. Substation consists of following structural components (according to GOST 14695-80 and TU 34.11.10873-93):
1) HV switchgear cabinet;
2) LV switchgear cabinet;
3) High-voltage bushing;
4) Transformer’s chamber.
Transformer’s chamber has swinging gates on two sides, by means of those gates access into chamber is performed and installation and deinstallation of equipment including power transformer is possible.
LV switchgear has swinging gates by means of those gates access to bushing and feeder switching equipment and monitoring devices is performed.
LV switchgear can be manufactured in different executions depending on combination of bushing/feeder units (A/A, R/A, R/R). Box with bank of capacitors can bi installed in LV switchgear cabinet (depending on a customer’s request).
All gates are equipped with locks fixing gates in closed position, locks of HV switchgear’s cell have tricks, different from locks of LV switchgear’s cell.
Transformer chamber’s gates have window for examination of power transformer. High-voltage bushing is an enclosed current-conducting wire with metal sheath and has inside-fixed busbar.
High voltage bushing is performed by post or feedthrough insulators.
Excess-voltage suppressors or aerial fuses are installed on high-voltage bushing. PKTPVR can be executed with installation of high-voltage disconnector inside HV switchgear cabinet or on the high-voltage bushing. To connect power transmission line of 6 (10) kV, depending on a customer’s request, disconnector that can be installed on the nearest transmission tower goes as a set.
Mounting and inspection of high voltage bushing is performed through detachable cap.
Strapping of substation is performed by means of frames welded on the top of the body.
